BBS Obserwator was founded in 1997 by a group of alumni from the
Jagiellonian University Institute of Sociology as market and social research office.
Offering ad hoc research, quantitative as well as qualitative.
Specialized in the qualitative research with the stress on FGI.
We have a full-time staff of four, as well as a number of others, co-ordinators and
interviewers, throughout Poland (at present we can call on 16 co-ordinators and approx.
200 interviewers all over the country). Full-time personnel are highly qualified and
are graduates or academic personnel of the Jagiellonian University.
Our office, situated in the centre of the City of Kraków (300 m from the Main Market
Square and 800 m from the Kraków Communication Hub), is equipped with a Focus Room,
complete with one-way mirrors and CCTV.
Our moderators have considerable experience in
carrying out focus group interviews and are always willing to adapt to our clients'
wishes and requirements.
We offer full range of research service with stress on qualitative surveys. In addition
to qualitative research, we also carry out quantitative research and our well-developed
network of interviewers and co-ordinators throughout Poland enables us to carry out
surveys on any scale.
For the quantitative research outcomes analysis we use SPSS software.
At each stage of our surveys: from the concept through the method choice and finally
the data analysis we always keep in mind our customers' individual needs.
We always act in accordance with the Personal Data
Protection law and the ESOMAR
code (ESOMAR membership of Przemysław Budziło since 2002)
If it is our customers' wish, we are ready not to cooperate with their competitors
while doing the research
We are able to communicate with our clients in English or German
